Subscriptions
  • Subscriptions expire at 11:59:59 pm local time on the last day of the subscription term.
    • Local time is the time zone on the computer from which the subscription was ordered.
    • If you place a phone order, the time zone will be Pacific Time.
  • Subscriptions expire on the same day of the month on which the order was placed.
    • For example, a subscription started on June 1 will expire at 11:59:59 pm July 1.
  • Subscriptions placed on any day in February expire 30 days from the order date.
    • For example, a subscription started on February 1 will expire at 11:59:59 pm March 3.
  • You can renew or extend a subscription at any time.
    • When you renew or extend a subscription, the new term begins at midnight (12:00:00 am) the day after the previous term expires.
    • For example, if your current term ends May 20, if you extend the term for 1 month on May 15, your new term will begin on May 21 and expire on June 20.
  • You will receive email alerts 7 days, 2 days, 1 day before, and the day of your subscription expiration date.
  • You will receive an email alert when your subscription expires.
  • Subscriptions and additional users are for the term selected. There are no refunds.
Auto Renew
  • Auto renewals renew for the same term as your previous subscription, at the same cost.
    • You will receive an email alert if your credit card will expire before the renewal date.
      • In this case, you will need to renew manually with a new credit card.
    • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
    • If there is a price increase, we will notify you with an option to cancel auto renew.
  • Auto renewals are processed between midnight and noon local time on the day the current subscription expires.
  • You will receive an email alert 2 days before your subscription renews.
  • You will receive an email receipt when your subscription renews.
  • You can cancel auto renew any time before your subscription expires.
    • Cancel auto renew from within nutraCoster on the Help menu under Subscriptions.
    • Cancel auto renew on the web at sweetware.com.
    • Cancel auto renew by calling 510-436-8600.
Manual Renew or Canceling Auto-Renew
  • nutraCoster Cloud uses the unique combination of company name and postal code to identify existing subscriptions.
  • To renew or cancel subscriptions or users you must use the exact same company name and postal code used for your original order.
    • If you do not, you will create a new subscription with a new database. None of your recipes or menus will be there.
    • If this happens please call 510-436-8600.
  • You can find your exact company name and postal code in the following places:
    • The original email with download instructions and activation key sent when you placed your order.
    • Any of the email alerts sent when your subscription is about to renew or expire.
    • From within nutraCoster by choosing Maintenance, Preferences from the menu and clicking the Company tab.
    • By calling 510-436-8600.
Additional Users
  • nutraCoster Cloud subscriptions allow you to access your data from any Windows computer, anywhere.
    • Only 1 user at a time can be connected, unless you purchase additional simultaneous users.
  • Additional user pricing is per user, per month or partial month.
  • To see your current number of users, choose Help, About nutraCoster Professional 3.0 from within nutraCoster Cloud.
  • Additional users can be ordered for any number of months.
    • For example, you have a 3 month subscription, but only need an additional user for 1 month.
  • Select the number of months at checkout.
    • For existing subscriptions, you can see the number of months remaining on your subscription by choosing Help, About nutraCoster Professional 3.0 from within nutraCoster Cloud.
  • Orders for additional users take effect immediately, and last through the end of the term selected at checkout. See above for expiration details..

    Auto Renew Subscriptions with Additional Users

  • Active users auto renew at the same time the subscription auto renews.
  • Active users renew for the same term as the subscription.
    • If user expiration and subscription expiration do not coincide, they will continue to be staggered after renewal.
  • Inactive users - if a user expires before the subscription expires, the user is no longer acvtive and is not renewed.

    Extending Existing Users vs Adding Simultaneous Users

  • To increase the number of simultaneous users, choose each additional user per month from the cloud ordering page.
  • To extend the expiration date for one or more simultaneous users, choose renew additional users from the cloud ordering page
    • To see expiration dates for existing users, choose Help, About nutraCoster Professional 3.0 from within nutraCoster Cloud.
    • If you have multiple users with different expiration dates, oldest expiration dates are renewed first.
    • If you renew more users than you currently have, additional simultaneous users will be added.

    Canceling Users for Auto Renew Subscriptions

  • You can remove additional users at any time for auto renew subscriptions.
    • Cancel additional users from within nutraCoster on the Help menu under Subscriptions.
    • Cancel additional users on the web at sweetware.com.
    • Cancel additional users by calling 510-436-8600.
  • When you remove additional users, they remain active until the current subscription expires, but are not renewed with the subscription.
