All SweetWARE products have an unconditional 45 day money-back guarantee (excluding shipping charges).

Please call us before you return products. We offer unlimited telephone support, and we can usually resolve any issues you might be having. Here is our phone number.

Here are the procedures for returning a product for a refund.

  1. Uninstall all copies of the software from all computers on which it was installed.
  2. If you ordered a CD and printed manual:
    • Destroy all copies you have made of the CD. Destroy all backup copies of data you have made.
    • Return the CD and printed manual to SweetWARE. Here is our address.
  3. Enclose a signed, dated letter with the following information:
    • A statement that you have uninstalled the software and destroyed all copies.
    • The reason for the return.

If you paid by credit card you will receive a credit on the same card. If you paid by check, you will receive a check in the mail.
