Here are the procedures for returning a product for a refund.

1. Uninstall all copies of the software from all computers on which it was installed.
2. Destroy all copies you have made of the CD. Destroy all backup copies of data you have made.
3. Return the CD and printed manual to SweetWARE. Here is our address.
4. Enclose a signed, dated letter with the following information:
• A statement that you have uninstalled the software and destroyed all copies.
• The reason for the return.

If you paid by credit card you will receive a credit on the same card. If you paid by check, you will receive a check in the mail.
